Andisheh Industrial Group
Founded in 1984 under the name Andisheh Molding and Part Manufacturing, Andisheh Industrial Group began its journey by producing plastic molds for agricultural equipment, home appliances, and automotive parts.
In 1995, the company launched its automotive seat belt production project, and after three years of intensive research and development, the first seat belt prototypes were introduced to the Iranian market in 1997, having successfully obtained quality approvals from local automakers.
By 1999, a new factory was established, and the company was renamed Andisheh Imeni Khodro (Andisheh Automotive Safety Industries).
Today, Andisheh Industrial Group stands among the leading manufacturers of automotive safety components in Iran — including seat belts, airbags, steering wheels, and seat height adjuster rails. The company holds prestigious certifications such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 17025, along with the National Standard Mark of Iran and Certified Partner Laboratory status from the Iranian National Standards Organization.
Tose’e San’at Electronics Andisheh
Tose’e San’at Electronics Andisheh is a knowledge-based company and one of the pioneers in the field of automotive electronics. The company specializes in the design, production, and supply of electronic units and components for vehicles. With its strong technical expertise and a highly skilled engineering team, the company focuses on the development and production of Airbag Control Units (ACU) and other electronic systems related to vehicle safety and control. Its Research and Development (R&D) department is continuously working to enhance product quality and adopt cutting-edge technologies. By utilizing advanced SMT and THT assembly lines equipped with automated production, testing, and product assembly systems, the company ensures the precise and high-quality manufacturing of various electronic boards and modules. Relying on its domestic engineering capabilities, Tose’e San’at Electronics Andisheh is moving forward with determination on the path of innovation, quality, and self-sufficiency in the automotive electronics industry of Iran.
Bazyaft Maghnezium Andisheh
Bazyaft Maghnezium Andisheh represents one of the key and strategic divisions of the group, specializing in the production of aluminum and magnesium die-cast components. Utilizing the latest global technologies — including high-pressure die-casting furnaces and modern molten metal transfer robots — this unit manufactures a wide range of precision-cast parts required by the group. The magnesium armature (frame) of steering wheels is produced within this facility. Moreover, the establishment of the Magnesium Recycling Site in recent years has played a vital role in supplying raw material needs for the automotive industry and reducing dependency on imported materials, marking a significant step toward sustainability and self-sufficiency in domestic production.

Automotive Seat Belts
A wide range of seat belt systems, including standard, pretensioner-equipped, and load-limiter types, are among the company’s core products. Through expert training programs and contribution to the development of the national seat belt standard, the company has established itself as the leading manufacturer of automotive seat belts in Iran.
Seat Belt Buckle
The seat belt buckle assembly is a technically sophisticated product, designed and manufactured with high precision. Currently, the company supplies over 80% of the domestic demand for this component, making it the primary supplier of seat belt buckles to Iranian automakers.
Airbag Control Unit (ACU)
The Airbag Control Unit (ACU) is a highly sensitive and technologically advanced electronic component. After undergoing a series of rigorous electronic board tests and quality verification procedures, the ACU is carefully assembled and integrated within Andisheh facilities to ensure full reliability and performance.
Steering Wheel
Andisheh Industrial Group has the capability to manufacture various types of steering wheels, both with and without control switches, ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision. These steering wheels are produced using advanced magnesium frame technology, developed and implemented entirely within the group’s own manufacturing facilities.
Clock Spring (Rotary Connector)
The clock spring, also known as the rotary connector, serves as a crucial link between the steering wheel and the airbag module. All components of this assembly are manufactured, assembled, and supplied domestically within Andisheh Industrial Group, ensuring quality, reliability, and self-sufficiency in production.
Airbag Module
Andisheh Industrial Group assembles driver and passenger airbag modules using state-of-the-art production lines equipped with fully automated technologies such as laser cutting, automated sewing, plastic injection molding, and precision pressing. These advanced capabilities enable the group to deliver high-quality, reliable airbag systems that meet stringent automotive safety standards.
Combination Switch (Steering Column Switch)
The combination switch, compatible with airbag-equipped steering systems, serves as a key interface between the steering wheel and the airbag module. It also controls essential vehicle functions such as lighting and windshield wipers. This assembly is manufactured and assembled within Andisheh, ensuring precision, reliability, and full compliance with automotive standards.
Seat Belt Height Adjuster Rail
The seat belt height adjuster rail is one of the company’s key products, designed to allow vertical adjustment of the seat belt according to the height of front passengers, ensuring both comfort and safety. This component was designed and produced for the first time in Iran by Andisheh for the Pride vehicle model.
